Refund policy

Refunds/Exchanges:

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds/exchanges on items due to the custom made nature of our products. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 2 business days if the item arrives damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and help to make it right. While we make sure your candle is secured tightly in it's package, we also understand sometimes damage can happen during transit.
